Whether casting a line right from the dock or heading out by boat or kayak, waterfront living here is as easy as it is unforgettable. Benches line the seawall to enjoy watching nature, along with shady space in the pavilion where some bring their food and drinks to relax and enjoy.

GTB began as a fishing camp in 1945. It was incorporated into a co-op in 1991, We are a 55+ member-owned community where ownership goes hand in hand with pride. For some, it’s a full-time residence; for others, a treasured tropical getaway.

Entrance Sign
The Gulf to Bay sign on North Beach Road is a welcoming landmark that signals the good times ahead within our community.
Inside, residents enjoy a wide range of amenities and year-round activities, with the vibrant winter and spring seasons offering especially full calendars and opportunities to connect.
Club House
The Clubhouse is the heart of the community, serving as both the administrative office and a welcoming hub for social gatherings, meetings, and events. Complete with a full kitchen and cooking facilities, it offers a versatile space for members to host a wide range of activities. Just outside, a beautiful patio invites residents to relax and enjoy the coastal weather, complemented by additional support buildings throughout the park.
Private Beach
Along the Gulf, our private beach offers a serene and relaxing escape, complemented by a shaded gathering area perfect for unwinding with friends and neighbors.
Although our beloved Tiki hut and decks were lost during the 2024 hurricanes, they remain a cherished part of our community’s story. Plans are currently underway to thoughtfully rebuild and restore these favorite gathering spaces.

Our docks sustained significant damage during recent hurricanes, and efforts are actively underway to repair and restore them to their former condition.
In the meantime, the remaining docks continue to serve owners boats, while offering a peaceful spot for fishing, strolling, or simply relaxing and watching life on the water unfold.

The community has grown into a treasured destination for multiple generations of families, as well as newcomers drawn to its unique blend of relaxation, connection, and coastal living.
